Advocacy

P.A.R.T. USA advocates for chronic pain patients, responsible medical decision-making, and the restoration of the doctor-patient relationship across America.

Advocacy in Action

Our advocacy work brings patient stories, policy concerns, and proposed solutions directly to public officials, agencies, lawmakers, and national decision-makers. We believe chronic pain patients deserve to be heard, protected, and treated with dignity.

Congressional Outreach

P.A.R.T. USA communicates with congressional offices and public officials about the real-world barriers chronic pain patients and physicians continue to face.

Patient Voices

Our advocacy is built from real patient experiences, interviews, written stories, and documented patterns of harm caused by access barriers and one-size-fits-all policies.

Legislative Pathways

Some advocacy work begins before formal legislation is ready for public release. This page will share progress updates while full policy language is being developed.

Current Advocacy Update

P.A.R.T. USA has recently been contacted by three congressional offices requesting updates on our advocacy work. Two of those offices have also asked us to prepare and submit proposed legislative language addressing the barriers chronic pain patients and their physicians continue to face.

Proposed legislation is still being developed, but this is an important step forward. We believe the public should know that these conversations are beginning.
