Pain Awareness – Right to Treatment

About P.A.R.T. USA

P.A.R.T. USA exists to protect chronic pain patients, defend access to appropriate treatment, and support patient-centered advocacy across the United States.

Who We Are

P.A.R.T. USA is a national patient advocacy organization focused on protecting the rights, dignity, and medical freedom of chronic pain patients. Our work centers on education, public awareness, legislative reform, and organized advocacy.

Why We Exist

Too many chronic pain patients are being harmed by one-size-fits-all policies, insurance barriers, pharmacy refusals, and fear-based medical decision-making. P.A.R.T. USA was created to help restore common sense, compassion, and individualized care.

Our National Mission

P.A.R.T. USA works to support chronic pain patients nationwide while encouraging strong state-level advocacy. Our goal is to help patients, families, doctors, and advocates work together for real policy change.

Why Advocacy Matters

Chronic pain patients deserve to be heard before laws, policies, and regulations are written about their care. P.A.R.T. USA believes patient voices belong at the center of every decision that affects treatment access.

Why P.A.R.T. USA Is Built for Advocacy

P.A.R.T. USA is structured to focus on patient rights, public policy, and legislative advocacy. That matters because chronic pain patients need more than awareness — they need organized action, public education, and a strong voice in the policy process.

Our purpose is to help protect treatment access, support state chapters, and advocate for laws that respect the doctor-patient relationship.
